Every piece of merchandise you purchase from Thielke Hypnosis must be free of defects. If your merchandise is damaged or you are not satisfied, immediately contact us by phone at (818) 621-7399 from 9:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M., Mondays through Saturdays (PST) or send us an email to customerservice@Thielkehypnosis.com. If you prefer just return the merchandise to us in the original box that it was shipped to you.
Conditions
Non-defective merchandise must meet the following conditions to qualify for return acceptance. Merchandise must be in its original minimum inner pack quantity, as shipped by Thielke Hypnosis. Broken quantity inner packs are not returnable.

Merchandise, merchandise packaging, and inner pack must bear no markings or be otherwise defaced or damaged.
Returns that do not meet the conditions described in this return policy will be returned and shipping cost of return will be charged.
Items with Guarantees and Warranties
If a purchased piece of merchandise includes a product guarantee or warranty follow the instructions on the manufacturer warranty for repair or replacement.
Items Damaged During Shipment
The shipper covers all merchandise damaged during shipment. If you receive merchandise damaged during shipping, please contact Thielke Hypnosis within 30 days of the date your purchase was shipped, and your claim will be processed immediately.
** NOTE: Established procedures by UPS, U.S. Parcel Post, and trucking lines, must be complied with or they may deny your claim.
